Quick History
Dale Jackson and Ted Iverson, the founders of Jackson & Iverson Insurance built up an insurance agency that has earned the trust of Billings for over 30 years. Both have since left the agency, but their level of commitment was continued on by Karen Lahey and Rhonda Kelim. Rhonda retired in December of 2022 at that time Jamie Muus and Annie Upton vowed to continue her very commitment alongside Karen.
Meet Our Team
Karen Lahey
I have been in the insurance industry since 1998 and a partner since 2004. I love helping my clients and ensuring they have the right coverage. I have been married to my husband Harry since June 1986. We enjoy traveling every chance we get. We have a cabin outside of Columbus that we go to on the weekends in the summer. The grandkids and great-grandson bring great joy to my life.
Rhonda Kelim
Retired December 2022
I was born and raised in Billings, and have been with the agency for over 30 years, as well as a partner since 2004, my husband and I enjoy collecting antique cars as a hobby.
Annie Upton
I am the proud mother of two daughters. We enjoy exploring different trails and back roads around Montana or wandering around the Zoo. We also love indulging in local cuisine, spending time in the sunshine, or just enjoying a leisurely Sunday on the couch or at the movie theater. I joined the Jackson & Iverson team in 2016 and became a partner in 2023. Educating our clients about the evolving and ever-changing insurance industry is a passion of mine.
Jamie Muus
I have been married to my husband Jake since November of 2005. We have two boys Braxton (2006) and Ryker (2008), a German Shepherd, and a French Bulldog (Loki often visits our agency). I have been a licensed agent since December of 2017 and became a partner in 2023. In my spare time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and hanging out with our wonderful friends and family.
Marlena Rodriguez
I am the mother of two beautiful girls. We love being outside enjoying the hot sun, or coloring and making something to display on my desk. Nature walks are our favorite but please keep the snakes far away! I’ve been an insurance agent since 2019. I’ve learned so many things since and continue to learn crazy new things weekly. Learning and experience are how to progress in this industry, progression is something we all carry.
Nikki Wiberg
I am new to the insurance industry, I enjoy what I’ve learned so far, and am eager to become licensed. My husband Bryce and I got married in May of 2018; we have four awesome kids! We are homebodies but also love road trips, boating, and camping in the mountains.
